Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital product

Token Radar Pro is a digital product delivered immediately as a licence key after payment, so there is nothing to cancel once you have paid. The Monthly plan renews every month until you cancel it at tokenradar.in/manage. After you cancel it is not charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• If Token Radar does not work as described, email us within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and we will review your request.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• A refunded licence key stops working.

Failed or double payments

If money was debited but you did not receive a key, or you were charged twice, email us with your payment ID. We will issue the key or refund the extra payment.
